THE DEVIL IS WAITING FOR TIME BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI

THE DEVIL IS WAITING FOR TIME BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI  That moment you feel like separating from the brethren. Their company never count to you anymore. You just like to be on your own. You don't wish to be interrupted. You are even meeting someone secretly. Skipping the gatherings of fellow believers was never in your dictionary before but now you find the gathering boring.   Sir, the devil is working hard to ensure you succeed in neglecting the gathering of the children of God and then simply wait for the right time to strike.   At the moment, you only derive pleasure in ungodly discussions. Your energy level is fueled by unwholesome talks. Studying your bible has become burdensome. You can't even pray again. And you are just like, why me oh Lord?  Right now, you tell lies without thinking twice. Bribery and corruption is not far from you. You no longer see anything bad in evil doing. Everyone who tries every means to persuade you has turned you

MARRIAGE IS NOT THE NEXT ON THE LIST BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI

MARRIAGE IS NOT THE NEXT ON THE LIST BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI You see all those people who want to get married to a sister simply because they can't go on to cook, or do their laundry by themselves, or they want to cure loneliness: they are not ready to get married for a good[the right] reason.  Those who are seriously preparing to get married just because of the reasons above will only see the woman as an housemaid. They won't come to appreciate the precious gift of God to them.  A guy on my friend list on facebook wrote sometime ago that he wanted to get married because he couldn't cook anymore. I was surprised. Our brother's need at that time wasn't a wife but an understanding of what marriage is all about.  As a dignified single, you should be able to cater for yourself now.  You shouldn't be lazy. Get things done by yourself. Learn to cook simple meals. Do not go for junks instead. Wash and iron your clothes neatly. Learn how t

LIFE AFTER SCHOOL BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI

LIFE AFTER SCHOOL  BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI Immediately after my university days, I said to myself that I won't ask money from my parents any longer and that I really want to know how I can cope on my own without lading them with my responsibility.  Concerning skills I enrolled in a fashion-designing house both in Ikare and Ibadan. Now, when I got there, I never segregated myself from anyone. In the circumstances that I didn't understand anything, I freely asked from my seniors. I learnt many things. I made some clothes for myself.  Concerning Finance In other to cater for my needs by myself, I started selling Zobo drinks to people. Once the sun begins to rise, I would have my boss excuse me to quickly go sell Zobo drinks.  Before I started selling, I knew it would be an opportunity to meet different calibres of people so I prayed to God that whosoever would taste my Zobo will encounter Christ. I met many people in the process. Some mistook me fo

WHERE DO YOU FALL ON THE LIST? BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI

WHERE DO YOU FALL ON THE LIST? BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI   There are some men and women whom when I speak with, my life does not remain the same. I feel fire in my bones. I just want to pray. I just discover my heart burning. I just see myself wanting to quickly leave them at the moment to go and really pray. I just want to go and develop intimacy with God.   Ma, what do you have to offer? What do people see when they behold you? Hope it isn't only your beautiful face they behold all the time? Hope it isn't only all about you?  I am careful in choosing my friends. I have different lists of friends.  Don't be surprised if I don't have much time with you. Of what need is our company if we cannot pray together? Why should we be together twenty-four-seven when your focus is different from mine? Yet you keep saying I am not getting closer.  My friend, please come up higher. Do not be pleased with this level you are.   When people see us, le

THE RENEWED MIND BY OLUYINKA OMOTOSO

THE RENEWED MIND BY OLUYINKA OMOTOSO Renewing of mind isn't what you think you can just achieve and later stop. You have to continue in it because it's a lifelong process.  Every thought and imagination that comes through our hearts has nothing to do than to overwhelm, govern, control and create a kind of strong desire in our hearts on which our soul will consistently act upon as we journey through.  The place of soul is a powerful place in a man's heart in such that it quickly attracts any thought, imagination or counsel that comes, whether they are of God or not.  If you're not renewing your mind (Soul) with the Word, then the mind itself, would be renewed with whatever it sees or attracts. In other words, your mind would renew itself with something else if you don't renew it with the Word of God because the soul must feed on something! There's a misconception about this thing that most people do say, even some of the believers. You'

HEARTS AND INTENTS BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI

HEARTS AND INTENTS BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI I knew a man long time ago, every time he wants to contribute to God's work, he must announce it to everyone. Everyone will clap and call for him. Now, motive is what matters here. If his motive is to create an image in the heart of men, he has failed already. God is the one who judges the intent of the heart of a man. The heart of a man is desperately wicked that it can even betray the person who owns it. Let the word of God search you and prune you. Any service we render in order to please men has only a reward. And that reward is that you will be paid by that man. God cannot repay you. Eye service is something God goes against. Are you given any task to accomplish? Please do it to the glory of God and not to the praise of men. The best a man can do for you is to applaud you. It is God who commends a man. Stop looking for recommendation from men. Labour silently. Are you called to intercede on behalf of others? pleas

TRUE LEADERSHIP BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI

TRUE LEADERSHIP BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI I have been to some gatherings before and when it is time to get food, the so-called leaders would pack their bags full while some of their followers might not even get anything. But when it is time for assigning chores, they will never participate in it. They are perfect in ordering people around.  Leadership is a call to service.  It is not about lording yourself over others. When some are put in authority, they feel it's all about them. These set of people haven't  understood leadership in any sense.  Others have to be put ahead of you. Imagine a leader whose welfarism is his utmost importance. Give such stuffs to share with others and you see the majority of the stuff landing in their bags. It's none of their business, even if their followers have nothing, so far themselves are contented.  If you are the type that when they know you as a leader is when it is time for your troops to perform tedi
