She was searching her spirit because she felt she had talked too much that day.  Oh yes! This is the kind of dealing I cherish. This is the kind of thing I love. That when I am beginning to talk too much, the Holy Spirit will be able to beckon me. That I would know when to talk and when to keep silent.  There are some times when I talk I just know the talk is okay for the day. Oh yes! This is what I like and not the one I would talk and talk and become empty, depressed and angry with myself at the the end of the day.  Many times when I retire to my bed, I can't but think about how I have spent my day. What will proceed from your mouth will be what you have fed your mind with. Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.  You don't have time for the word, you can't sit down to study. Yet you want to quote. What you will quote is the overflow of your heart.  After sitting for hours murdering someone with your tongue, do you think you can bring transformation to anyone via your lifestyle? One of it was that I wouldn't lust because I battled with lust seriously. You wouldn't believe that after few days into the year, I would have done those things I didn't want to do anymore. I would cry and cry.  Now, it is not all about writing down new year's resolutions. You can't handle anything by your strength. You need to ride on the strength of God. Any man who tries to help himself will only continue to fail.  One of the things that affected me then that made me fall prey to lust was some movies I used to see. I just saw myself thinking so many weird things. I couldn't help myself.  Now, in order to help my new year's resolutions, I must get rid of those films. In order to walk with God without any impediment, I must see to it that I don't see some movies again. I must begin
