MADE FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS

MADE FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS

The other day, I saw pillow challenge online. I thought I had seen it all until I saw pregnancy challenge. I even heard there was another flat-tummy challenge. You know the heartbreaking thing there, it's only females that are participating in the challenge.

Before you justify your actions by saying you are just catching fun, aside from those challenge that will never add anything to your progress, which other one did you participate in? If there's a demand that you participate in prayer or word challenge, will you do the same? You will definitely overlook the challenge. You will give excuses of not having enough time. Even if partaking in a challenge is what will build you up, you will give flimsy excuses.

This is to tell us how much some of us have missed it. We can spend the whole of the day having plenty talks with our friends, yet we can't spend few minutes in God's presence. We can spend thousands of naira just to look good but we can't spend hundreds of naira on personal development.

I was in 300l when a young woman was invited to a program in our fellowship . You know everyone of us wanted to hear about how we can get the right man, how we can attract him, how we can be good mothers. They are not bad intentions but the first project that needs the most important working upon is YOURSELF. No man likes to marry a liability. No, never.

So, as the woman of God mounted the  pulpit, I saw a woman who is surrendered to God. I saw a woman sold out to God. I saw another Katryn Kulman. Need I tell you that she was single just like everyone of us in the auditorium so that you won't say she was married. But she seemed different. She made us see so many things from a different angle

MARRIAGE ISN'T THE END.

If you go into that marriage with just your beauty and sexual prowess, it will not be long before you realise how you have wasted the whole of your life seeking only the things that are temporal.

I wouldn't know what happened, but I saw that I broke out in tears and I cried to God for some things in my life.

You see, it's not just about being a Christian. You must be DIFFERENT. You heard me right?

Throughout her undergraduate days, she touched lives. She understood why she was in the University. I mean there was a day I sat with all her birthday wishes on facebook and I saw how many people confessed how she helped them. I had to kneel down to God again to please mould me. I just knew I was not where I ought to be.

I AM NOT WHERE I OUGHT TO BE NOW, BUT I AM NOT WHO I USED TO BE.
You can dare to be different.

Now, some of us, no one knew what we stood for when we were on campus. We were just gallivanting about. We didn't live a purposeful life.

Seeing her, she looks fragile, she doesn't look it.  She dresses simple but there's something about her. She is different from every random lady you may meet.

Now, because Kathryn Kulman was in a generation, the sick were healed, people got filled and they feared God the more. She stood for God in her generation. She had a compassionate heart that will not dare to see men dying. She couldn't stand the  sight of the devil molesting others. No, not in her time.

You see, I will tell you something today.

We are aware Esther was BEAUTIFUL AND BROKEN, but that was not the only thing that brought her to the palace.
She YIELDED herself for the MAKING PROCESS. When she was brought in before everyone, she satisfied their claim. So, they just knew she would FIT perfectly into the palace.  That alone won't be the only thing that will keep her there.
She even had a TEACHABLE heart but that's not all.
She obtained FAVOUR from God which in turn made her to obtain favour with men.

Yes! Favour. Favour. Favour. God factor is very important here.

The Bible even recorded in many places.

So, this is to tell you God wasn't just doing all this in vain. God was preparing her for the enormous task ahead.

But it was disheartening when Mordecai told her of Haman's plot and she became afraid. She said she couldn't confront the king.

Perhaps she forgot favour has been the major factor that brought her far.

Thank God for Mordecai
Thank God for Mordecai.

Esther didn't know what she carried. She didn't know she could influence the King's decision as  a QUEEN.  At least Queen Jezebel had an influence on her husband; King Ahab even if it was a negative influence.

Mordecai opened her eyes and aroused the lioness in her.
He told her deliverance would arise from somewhere if she refused to rise up. That's true.

"For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father's house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?" Esther 4:14

GOD WILL NEVER LACK MEN.

She saw it in a new light and she decided to face the issue not minding the consequences.
Because of Esther, the Jews were preserved.
Because Esther arose, there was joy among the jews.

Esther was encompassed with mercy.
She had a compassionate heart.
She was teachable, she didn't grow wings because she was now the queen. She listened to her Uncle; Mordecai.

She led the troop by declaring a fast in the land. she decided to be the standard bearer.
She's not like many of us who will tell others to do something which we can never do.

What a beautiful heart worthy of emulation?

By her action backed up with the favour of God, she brought deliverance to the whole Jews. The people had rest of mind.

Dear Queen, why are you here at this time?
Why were you born into your family?
Why were you created a female?
What are your here for?
What are you living for?
Whose life have you touched?
Can people touch God through you?
What comes to people's mind when they meet you?

Do they see you as a prey?
Are you satisfied with this status quo?
Can your family members sleep peacefully because they know you are there for them?
When you hear people die, do you rejoice because you are not in anyway touched?
When you hear people fall, do you rejoice?
Instead of you being a guide, do you lead others astray?
Can the generation that come after you say they found God because they read about you?

Why are you in the place of authority?
Why do you think God promoted you in that company?
Do you think you got that job just on a silver platter?
Why are you filled with so much wisdom that no man can gainsay?

YOU ARE A VOICE
You are a city, set on a hill that cannot be hidden.

You were made for such a time as this.
Do not lose your relevance.
Let the lioness in you arise.
Get angry with the devil for how he has deceived you a long time.

I hear restoration!
I hear there is a release.
It's your season of freedom.
You are more than this.
You are the queen the whole jews depend upon for accurate judgement.
You were made for such a time as this.
Stop wasting away.

I powerfully welcome you to the first edition of the online campaign for women this year. Join us throughout this week for an explosion.

WE SHALL NOT BE FEW.

NOT WITHOUT A FATHER

NOT WITHOUT A FATHER For those who are so close to me, they will know I rarely mention my Dad. He's alive and healthy.  I grew up not knowing my Dad. I grew up not knowing what fatherly love meant. My Dad is very much alive but we are far from each other. I was around 11 years or so before he came looking for me. First of all, I am grateful to God for giving me my mum. She went through a lot raising me.  So, while I was growing up, I envied those who talked about their dad so much. I wish I could be like them. I wish I could have someone who would be able to show me love. I didn't know fatherly love not until when I met my Spiritual father in Ibadan in 2010. He received me with open arms.  For several years, I lived with hurt and hatred in my heart. I cried bitterly most times when I reminisce about so many things.  A day came when I heard God said to me"For this reason were you separated from your mother's womb, you are not accidental"

SEX DOES NOT HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT

SEX DOES NOT HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT  A whole lot of things must have been conceived  in your mind before indulging in sex.  That act you carried out was as a result of a lot of mental works that you have carried out in your mind before you finally carried it out.  Here are things to know before sex can actually happen between two people outside wedlock, rape situations excluded please.  1. Men generally, are moved by what they see. So, when a guy visits you and the next thing you do is  to expose your cleavages, wear bum shorts, with just the two of you behind closed doors, honestly speaking, that guy would have a whole lot of dirty things going on in his mind. You are inviting him either consciously or unconsciously.  2. Women generally, are turned on by sweet words spoken to them by men. Yes, we love it when we hear how amazing we are, how pretty we are. When a particular guy showers you with incessant praises, you tend to fall in love with such and this may br

THE KID'S LOVE STORY (CHAPTER 1)

PREPARING TO BE A HELP MEET BY DEBI PEARL  THE KID'S LOVE STORY (CHAPTER 1) Moral to the story: God wants, no, He needs us to pray.  CAUTION: Don't pray amiss.  The kid's love story is that of the author herself; Debi Pearl. She had just turned 13 when she first saw her man in a program  and immediately she knew he was the right one for her. Of course the man didn't notice her not until many years later. Why would God bypass a guy of at least 21 years old, and come to a kid of 13 years old telling her he was the one she was going to marry. Sounds weird right?  God does not do anything without a reason. He is the God who knows the end, right from the beginning.  When the young Debi got home, she told her mum, and her mum began to follow her up to always pray for the man of God. The young Debi took it upon herself, praying for the man of God. She wasn't praying to be his wife, neither was she praying for him to notice her. She was just
