A friend posted something a long time ago and each time I remember it, I learn from it. There was this man who went for a vigil and in the course of his own ministration, he asked everyone not to fall into the temptation of sleeping throughout the program . It wasn't too long after his own ministration that he started to sleep. Do you know the scene this man would have created? He was able to be awake because he was the one ministering but he slept off when others came up to minister. His weakness was exposed because he already told everyone not to dare to sleep.

And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Hypocrites! First remove the plank from your own eye and then you will be clearly to remove the speck out of your brother's eye. Matthew 7:3,5

We must not be in a haste in correcting others when we have many things wrong with our lives.

That thing that makes your eyes opened to other people's mistake but shut your eyes to your own mistake is not correct.

He who must correct others must first be opened to correction. No man is Mr know all. We keep getting better by the day.

I pity those who have many under them but they find it difficult to submit to others because they only have fake followers. Those men won't follow them with their heart. Please submit to others ahead of you too. You don't know everything. There is need to drink from others too.

Yield yourself to God and let Him mould you into who He will have you be. Stop looking for the mistakes and weaknesses of others. You also need help.
