STEWARDING THE PRESENCE BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI

STEWARDING THE PRESENCE BY TRAILBLAZER AREGBESOLA BUNMI

"Once a Man knows how to steward the presence of God, every other thing comes at the tap of the  finger." Apostle Awe Ayo

The presence of the Lord cannot be substituted with anything else. You can't host what or who  you don't treasure.

Put a man of the presence in a secluded place where it seems there is no light, no hope and no future and you will see him flourishing. He can be likened to the palm tree  in that book of psalms which flourishes all day long. He does not know dryness because he is connected to the source. He is a man everyone envies. With God, he is sufficient and lacks nothing.

Reverse is the case for a man who lacks the presence. He is empty even if you put him in a mansion . Though he lacks nothing but he owns nothing at the same time. He complains about everything. All things seem to be against him. Such a man struggles in getting things done.

Do you know what differentiated Joseph from other slaves when he was sold out into a strange land, it was the presence of God. He carried God and so he found favour with everyone and he prospered in whatever he laid his hands upon. When Potiphar's wife wanted to render him worthless by asking him to have fun with her, he said he couldn't do that and sin against God. He never substituted the presence for anything. Though he was thrown in the prison, the presence still distinguished him. He became the solution to their problems.

Just like seedlings which have the potential to grow when watered and tended, the presence of God can be cultivated. Engaging in things that can make the presence grow is vital.

A man of the presence is needed in this generation.  A man who is clothed with the magnificent glory of God. A man who will never trade the presence of God for anything. A man who is able to steward the presence of God.

"Until God finds your vessel a place to rest in, God cannot in and make habitation." Pastor Tolu Agboola

When  God finds us worthy to host His presence, He commits Himself to us. For us to host the presence of God, for God to find a place in us to dwell, we must rid ourselves of every thing that antagonizes His presence.

This could be friends who do not have the mind of Christ. This could be images that dirty our minds, it could even be thoughts that are not fashioned in the way of God. It could be anything. You know that thing you engage in and it seems you are weakened. God is ever ready to help you get rid of them. His strength is made perfect in our weaknesses. I beseech you to let go and let God find in you a holy habitation for Him to dwell.

HOW I NARROWLY ESCAPED RAPE

HOW I NARROWLY ESCAPED RAPE Okay, before you go on, I am sending a big hug to you if you are a rape victim. I know it's not easy forgetting the ugly incidence but I want to tell you to let go of the past. I am not here to point accusing finger at you for whatever happened in the past. The past is past. Let your new you emerge. Come to love yourself. Forgive yourself. Forgive that person who defiled you. Let God wrap you in His arms.  Majority of rape incidence happens because of the carelessness on the part of the lady. A lady who's frequenting a guy's house in odd hours may not return the same way she came if she's not careful. We can't also overlook the fact that some guys are monsters. They are wolves in sheep's clothing. They may appear harmless but they are like serpents. May God arrests their hearts.   One day Dinah, Leah's daughter, went to visit some of the young women who lived in the area. But when the local prince, Shechem son of ...

NOT WITHOUT A FATHER

NOT WITHOUT A FATHER For those who are so close to me, they will know I rarely mention my Dad. He's alive and healthy.  I grew up not knowing my Dad. I grew up not knowing what fatherly love meant. My Dad is very much alive but we are far from each other. I was around 11 years or so before he came looking for me. First of all, I am grateful to God for giving me my mum. She went through a lot raising me.  So, while I was growing up, I envied those who talked about their dad so much. I wish I could be like them. I wish I could have someone who would be able to show me love. I didn't know fatherly love not until when I met my Spiritual father in Ibadan in 2010. He received me with open arms.  For several years, I lived with hurt and hatred in my heart. I cried bitterly most times when I reminisce about so many things.  A day came when I heard God said to me"For this reason were you separated from your mother's womb, you are not accidental...

SEX DOES NOT HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT

SEX DOES NOT HAPPEN BY ACCIDENT  A whole lot of things must have been conceived  in your mind before indulging in sex.  That act you carried out was as a result of a lot of mental works that you have carried out in your mind before you finally carried it out.  Here are things to know before sex can actually happen between two people outside wedlock, rape situations excluded please.  1. Men generally, are moved by what they see. So, when a guy visits you and the next thing you do is  to expose your cleavages, wear bum shorts, with just the two of you behind closed doors, honestly speaking, that guy would have a whole lot of dirty things going on in his mind. You are inviting him either consciously or unconsciously.  2. Women generally, are turned on by sweet words spoken to them by men. Yes, we love it when we hear how amazing we are, how pretty we are. When a particular guy showers you with incessant praises, you tend to fall...
