When am supposed to be chanting
 in the Holy Ghost, may I not be chatting. 

When am supposed to be praying, 
may I not be slaying.

When am supposed to be learning
at your feet, may I not be leaning
on my own understanding 

When am supposed to be fasting, 
may I not be feasting. 

When am supposed to be studying the word, 
may I not be busy roaming about in the world. 

When am supposed to be standing,
may I not be sitting. 

Dear Holy Ghost, I grant you permission to  please take over in 2019.
I grant you permission to invade my space.
