I WANT TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE HOW YOU STARTED; AN OPEN LETTER TO THOSE WHO LEFT THEIR FIRST LOVE BY OLUWABUNMI AREGBESOLA

I WANT TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE HOW YOU STARTED;  AN OPEN LETTER TO THOSE WHO LEFT THEIR FIRST LOVE BY OLUWABUNMI AREGBESOLA

Then..............

There were days you had to go on fasting not because you lacked food to eat but because you wanted to deny self and to gain ascendancy in the spirit.

You remembered how you used to pick your Bible with joy in order to study. Due to disturbances from roommates, you even decide to go to some secluded places for sweet communion.

Those days you wouldn't miss the fellowship programs for anything. The fire was burning in your heart that you never had time for petty talks.

There were people who longed for God seeing your hunger for the things of God. Their prayer was that they will attain your height. Your life was a testimony to others.

No one forced you then to observe your quiet times. You understood it is either God or no one else. You rather skipped morning meals than skipping sweet communion with God.

Now.......

You derive pleasures in talking to man than God. You are too busy to even engage God in prayers.

You prefer to attend a function than fellowship. You see those days as sheer waste of time.

Those who used to look up to you then, if they see you now, they will weep for you because you are nowhere to be found. Your praying times have been replaced with film watching. You no longer see any reason undergoing some drillings because you have stepped up.

Who did this to you?

Dearly beloved, strengthen that which remains. Return back to your first love.
You and I know that continuing like this, we can't behold His glory.

HAPPY SUNDAY.
I DO HOPE YOU FIND A PLACE TO FORGIVE ME FOR MY INCONSISTENCY IN POSTING ARTICLES. THIS IS DUE TO SOME CHALLENGES.

THE POWER OF IMPURE THOUGHTS BY OLUWABUNMI AREGBESOLA

THE POWER OF IMPURE THOUGHTS BY OLUWABUNMI AREGBESOLA "When a man constantly feeds on impure substances, he is simply feeding his heart with garbage." Impure thoughts are powerful such that they render you incapacitated in the things of the spirit.  They have a way of captivating your heart and making you see no need for pressing deep into the realities of the spirit.  Those articles you have downloaded and digested can't add any substance of value to you, but would rather take away vital substance from you.  Those disgusting discussions you have engaged yourself in will only impair your vision.  Show me a man who has been feeding his heart with garbage, and I will show you a man who has been held captive by this garbage.  You can't continue to sow impure ideas and expect to reap pure meditation.  A man who engages himself in impure thoughts would only be a stumbling block to his growth.  No wonder you have been entan...

NOT WITHOUT A FATHER

NOT WITHOUT A FATHER For those who are so close to me, they will know I rarely mention my Dad. He's alive and healthy.  I grew up not knowing my Dad. I grew up not knowing what fatherly love meant. My Dad is very much alive but we are far from each other. I was around 11 years or so before he came looking for me. First of all, I am grateful to God for giving me my mum. She went through a lot raising me.  So, while I was growing up, I envied those who talked about their dad so much. I wish I could be like them. I wish I could have someone who would be able to show me love. I didn't know fatherly love not until when I met my Spiritual father in Ibadan in 2010. He received me with open arms.  For several years, I lived with hurt and hatred in my heart. I cried bitterly most times when I reminisce about so many things.  A day came when I heard God said to me"For this reason were you separated from your mother's womb, you are not accidental...

THE KID'S LOVE STORY (CHAPTER 1)

PREPARING TO BE A HELP MEET BY DEBI PEARL  THE KID'S LOVE STORY (CHAPTER 1) Moral to the story: God wants, no, He needs us to pray.  CAUTION: Don't pray amiss.  The kid's love story is that of the author herself; Debi Pearl. She had just turned 13 when she first saw her man in a program  and immediately she knew he was the right one for her. Of course the man didn't notice her not until many years later. Why would God bypass a guy of at least 21 years old, and come to a kid of 13 years old telling her he was the one she was going to marry. Sounds weird right?  God does not do anything without a reason. He is the God who knows the end, right from the beginning.  When the young Debi got home, she told her mum, and her mum began to follow her up to always pray for the man of God. The young Debi took it upon herself, praying for the man of God. She wasn't praying to be his wife, neither was she praying for him to notice her. She...
